We are associated with various professionals who compliment our practice by providing auxiliary services for our clients, in conjunction with their Family Law Case. We are associated with financial analysts/planners, appraisers, business valuators and psychologists. We are also affiliated with an attorney with an expertise in the area of Family Law legal research whose job it is to provide us with a legal analysis of the relevant legal issues for each of our cases. This analysis which is begun soon after being retained by each client, enables us to develop a comprehensive strategy at the very beginning of each case.

The firm has extensive experience handling of complex high asset and difficult parenting cases, many of which have been and are presently being litigated in the New Hampshire Courts. Although serious attempts are always made to settle cases by negotiating with opposing counsel or in mediation, some cases cannot be equitably resolved, unless we go to court. Ironically our reputation for expertise in the courtroom is often an instrumental factor in bringing our adversaries to the table.
